"I made a payment of $448 on February 20th over the phone after speaking with a representative who confirmed that was the correct amount due for my February payment. However, I later found out that the actual amount owed was $497.68, meaning there was a shortage of $49.68 due to an error on their end. Despite this mistake being made by their own specialist, my policy was canceled without any notification or opportunity to resolve the balance. This situation could have easily been avoided with proper communication and accountability. I contacted the office twice to address the issue, but no one acknowledged the error or took responsibility. Instead of assisting me in resolving the matter, I was left without coverage due to their mistake. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should not be penalized for errors made by the company’s own staff. I do not recommend doing business with State Farm Mike McDonald Agency. There is a clear lack of accountability and customer care. DO NOT GET INSURANCE FROM THEM!!"

"Ashleigh has always helped me with my insurance, keeps me in the loop of things, try’s to find new ways to help me save money on my policy, always on top of things, and goes out of her way to make sure my questions are answered, as well as taken care of. If she doesn’t have a direct answer or has a question, she will find out for you and call you back with the information you need. As a busy nursing student and working 3 jobs at once, Mr. Mike McDonald and Ashleigh have been so understanding and phenomenal. I am not one to recommend or do reviews l, but I would definitely 100% recommend this insurance to anyone who is looking for a new policy, as this has been without a doubt the best insurance policy and staff that I’ve ever done business with. I can comfortably and confidently say that I will be a longtime customer."

"I called state farm after being so frustrated with my cut rate insurance,. A young lady by the name of Nadia answered she took the time to explain all different options in coverages and why my insurance was so inadequate. Nadia was very patient and well spoken as I kept asking some of the same questions over & over . She was never pushy or trying to make a hard sale,even sending me quotes and allowing me to think it over & discuss with my wife. the next day ,Due to her well informed, we'll spoken and patient nature , I ended signing up with her for auto insurance, and I transferred over my home owners as well even though I had just renewed 2months ago with another agency. I figured if a company is smart enough to keep a person like her in their employ ,then that is a company that I want to be a customer of & deserves my business. Thank for all your help Nadia, great job !!!"

"I have mike McDonald's office for awhile now and I have had good experiences. I was worried state farm would drop me for using my home insurance due to a fire and they didnt. So I'm grateful for that. I recently had to add a new vehicle and Ashlea was very professional and helpful with adding the truck. It's hard to find polite people so I would recommend his office."
